The customer service was fantastic, they upgraded our room to fit our needs without any extra charges. The room was a bit outdated but the staff made up for it. The location was convenient, but the AC wasn't the best. A pleasant stay.

The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the staff, particularly Johnathan, went above and beyond to assist us during our trip, making our journey back to the airport smoother. The room was clean and comfortable, with easy access to public transportation for exploring the city.

Reasonably priced place, had a fairly nice stay for good value. Loved the continental breakfast, especially pastries, sausages and hot waffles. The staff were pleasant and consistently courteous, everything was great. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Wall Street. Lots of restaurants and different restaurants in walking distance.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Ashley from the front desk went out of her way to help us switch rooms when there were issues with the A/C. The location is convenient for transportation and sightseeing, but the noise from outside made it hard to sleep. Breakfast could use more variety, but overall, a pleasant stay.

The location near Brooklyn Bridge was perfect. Despite the expensive room rates, the hotel provided a clean room and friendly staff. The WiFi issues and noisy rooms were major inconveniences, but the nearby subway access was convenient.

Noisy Room: Unfortunately, our room was situated next to some noisy machinery, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the constant noise was disruptive and affected the overall quality of our stay.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Downtown Manhattan for 6 days. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff were helpful and the WiFi worked well. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many bars and restaurants within a short walk. The subway stations were easily accessible and allowed us to reach all the main attractions within 20-25 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the city.

As a women traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable in a spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast selection was great with a variety of options.

It was so convenient to explore the city with everything right at our doorstep. the hotel staff, especially the lady who assisted us with our food, was incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to bring us a tray when she saw us struggling with our meal.

I had a great stay at this hotel and definitely plan on returning. Firstly, the location was fantastic, with plenty of nice little restaurants and shops nearby. It was also within walking distance of the train station, so getting to Time Square was a breeze. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast buffet was a wonderful touch, with a variety of healthy options to choose from.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar because it provides a convenient business center with two computers and a printer for guest use. The staff was helpful in assisting with printing materials for the seminar, making it a smooth experience.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a larger meeting room for conducting business meetings with clients or colleagues. Having a dedicated space for professional meetings on the premises would have been beneficial.
